Student Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy

To keep our students safe and allow classes to run without interruptions, please follow these guidelines.

Drop-Off & Entering the Studio

• Please do not drop off students more than 10 minutes before their scheduled class.

• Parents must walk their child into the studio. Please do not send children across the parking lot or into the building alone.

• Wait until the previous class has ended and an instructor is at the door before entering.

• Benches are provided outside, or you may wait in your car with your child until it is time to enter.

• Please do not enter the studio or cross the mats while another class is in session.

Pick-Up

• Please arrive promptly at the end of your child’s class.

• Parents of Dragons and Juniors must get out of their vehicle and meet their child on the sidewalk or inside the studio when entry is permitted.

• Students will not be released to walk through the parking lot alone, even if your vehicle is parked directly in front of the school.

• If a parent is not present at dismissal, the student will wait inside the lobby until the parent comes to meet them.
